During our planning the team we take into consideration not only the technical capabilities and experience of personnel but also their group behaviors and relations which will have considerable effect on the progress of the project.
When starting a construction project we provide general training, namely project orientation and camp organization and management training for all site staff. Other specific trainings includes: i) Health and safety regulations and specifications, and ii) site organization training and the rules to be obeyed within the site management (such as efficient utilization of resources -water, electricity, etc-, traffic rules in the site, etc.) |
