Mefa Co. has started Forum Aydin,shopping mall, Project in consortium with ER-BA Construction Co.Ltd.
Forum Aydin will be built on an area of 76.000 m², next to the former Aydin Textile Factory and retail stores.
The shopping center will be 2 km far from the busiest trade area, Adnan Menderes Boulevard. Forum Aydin has good visibility and direct access from Aydin-Denizli Highway.
Forum Aydin will be the biggest shopping centre of Aydin and will be anchored by a hypermarket, will include department stores, a multiplex cinema combined with national and international shops, restaurants and leisure units on 35.000 m² with a parking space for 1.500 cars.
The architecture of the project carries characteristics of Aegean and Mediterranean architecture with its terraces, squares and streets, wooden pergolas and tents.
Forum Aydin will be opened in 2008.
